These are super easy and perfect when your looking for something fast and kid-friendly.
1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Blend all ingredients together. Form into 1 inch balls. Cook in large skillet or bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
I like to brown them in a skillet and then finish them in the oven.
Makes approx. 3 dozen
